How to Schedule Your Dumpster

    1. Call us at 205-534-3601 to schedule, or email us at tightfitdumpsters@gmail.com. If emailing us, please provide a contact number, the size dumpster you need, the address where you need the dumpster, and the dates needed. You can see our prices under the "Services" tab on the homepage. We have a 3-Day and 7-Day rental. If you need more days, just let us know.

    2. You do not need to be present when we deliver the dumpster unless you are paying cash. We accept Cash, Card, Venmo and Cash App. Payment is due before the dumpster is delivered. If you will not be at the location when we arrive, please send us a picture of where you would like the dumpster left at your property. We try to make it as easy and painless as possible for our clients. The price you see is the price of the rental. We do not charge delivery fees or drop off fees. The price is the price. The only time we would charge extra is if you need the dumpster emptied and brought back. You can find those prices under the "Services" tab as well. No hidden fees here.

    3. The day before your rental, you will receive a text or call just to check in with you and make sure all info is correct.

    4. On the day the dumpster is supposed to be picked up, we will again check in with you before we come pick it up. You do not need to be there when we pick it up.

    5. If for any reason you are not happy with our service, PLEASE LET US KNOW! We pride ourselves on treating our clients with respect. We do our best to make everything as simple as possible for you. We do not add crazy fees for delivering a dumpster or picking it up. We keep the pricing simple and affordable. We also try to be as flexible as possible with our clients. We know it is hard to find good honest companies these days and want you to feel confident with us. We want you to LOVE US!
